Anthro Interview

I went in for a group interview at our favorite shopping place this afternoon. I have wanted a part time gig there for awhile, but never have acted on it. My mom called today and pushed me to go in, so really didn't have a choice, did i?So I donned a cute but sensible fall outfit and headed into the unknown of the group interview. Quite interesting really, but we'll see. I am super busy but it would be nice to work a little again, if I get it good and if I don't good. I'll let you know....

hullo boys and gurrls. even though tulsans now have their own anthro, it doesn't mean i quit going in other states. as i hit palo alto, so i did the spa, then onto anthro. there is always things to see.

i love necklaces. i love big necklaces, small necklaces, colorful necklaces, all necklaces! i buy them, then i don't wear them. actually, i am wearing a gold cross right now....hmmmm, there goes that statement.

i love simple necklaces a whole lot. simple and modern.

there is a part of me that still thinks i can pull off a 20-something look like an oversized heart.

colors! beads! bold! this necklace demands attention.

arles necklace
i have been in arles. stayed there for 4 days or so. this necklace does not remind me of arles. it looks like a modern take on a vintage necklace, love it.

now this beauty. i love plunging necklines, i love cleavage, i love necklaces that nestle in that beautiful spot. super sexy!

good day! today i thought i would redesign my kitchen/eating area a little with my favorites from you-know-where.

angles and orbs mirror
this mirror is awesome, and huge. there is one in our local store and i love to stand in front of it. that's all.

sailing ship
i'm not into ships or anything but i think this picture would look good on my hypothetical wall with the hypothetical wallpaper below....

woods wallpaper
like my bathroom, i would wallpaper one wall. too much of a good thing can screw up your eyes!

shagged depths rug
i'm thinking my kitchen would be white with these gray and black accents. i love shag rugs. and black would be great with kids around.

i love wood, i love this table.

bistro chairs! now i can pretend to be in paris for lunch!

i would want like 5-7 of these on the ceiling, they come in random colors which i think is cool.

i have glass door knobs already, so these would go with the rest of the house.

i love the blue and yellow. the blue would also help break up the yellow in my bathroom.

let's do just one wall in this bright bold print. don't want to wake up too bright!

i'd like to put my rings in this.

this chandelier would make my day.

i can imagine my toesies burrowing in this pile. it would make me happy to step out of the shower onto this beaut.

nice wonderful evening, except for the freezing part outside.
well, even with my queenie's gang in sante fe right now, i went to our monday breakfast haunt without them, before i went to anthro then to their house to feed the fishies. my mom in law went with popi and i. poor little thing got her sissy's coughs and fever. my throat is even tingling a little, ah-hem. i stopped by my favorite pretty things place and had a looksie after my english muffin and marmalade.

i love cobalt blue right now. and normally i am opposed to brass anything, but those brass buttons down the front are so purdy.

lovely lovely light fabric with lovely lovely stripes.

i heart the detail on this neckline. the back is beautiful too. bonus bonus! pockets!!

i felt weird about going into anthro today because i was wearing a sweater from there. i didn't want to go in wearing something i bought from there, is that odd...yes, yes it is. so i decided to do shoes!
